Description
Smart Temperature Sensor
Monitor the temperature of your engine room, batteries, and equipment in real-time. Detect fire and frost risks before it's too late.
Sense4Boat Temperature Sensor
The Sense4Boat temperature sensor continuously monitors the temperature of your engine room and equipment with two independent probes on 3-meter cables. Connect them to your batteries, charger, solar regulator, or any other heat-sensitive equipment.
Every temperature variation is transmitted to the Sense4Boat control center every 30 seconds and compared to the thresholds you have defined. In case of an anomaly — rapid rise, critical temperature, or freezing — an alert is immediately sent.
Comprehensive thermal monitoring for your boat
Two independent probes to simultaneously monitor multiple critical pieces of equipment
Fire and frost: two threats to monitor
The engine room concentrates the equipment most exposed to thermal risks
The challenge of onboard thermal monitoring
Fire risk: Motor boats concentrate many at-risk pieces of equipment in a small space — engines, chargers, batteries, pumps, fuel. The temperature in the engine room can reach 70°C in normal operation. Conventional smoke detectors do not work above 55°C and are not designed for the humid environments of the engine room.
Frost risk: The outside temperature does not always reflect the inside temperature of the boat. Unexpected frost can irreparably damage pipes, valves, tanks, and cooling systems — costly repairs that can be avoided with proper monitoring.
Battery overheating: During charging cycles, faulty batteries can reach dangerous temperatures. Real-time monitoring allows an anomaly to be detected before it causes an incident.
Protect all your sensitive equipment
The two probes adapt to all equipment and all boat configurations
Engine Room
Place a probe in the engine room to detect any abnormal temperature rise. Ideal for motor boats with diesel engines, pumps, and concentrated electrical equipment.
Batteries and Chargers
Attach a probe directly to your batteries or charger to monitor their temperature during charging cycles. Detect overheating before it becomes dangerous.
Solar Regulator
Connect a probe to your solar panel regulator to monitor its operating temperature and detect any heat-related malfunction.
Winterization and Anti-Frost Protection
During winterization, monitor the interior temperature of your boat to be alerted as soon as frost threatens your water circuits, tanks, and hydraulic equipment.
Be alerted immediately, everywhere
As soon as a thermal anomaly is detected, you and your emergency contacts are notified simultaneously
Operational in less than 15 minutes
No electrical wiring, no central unit — simply attach the probes to the equipment to be monitored
