Right of withdrawal

1- Description
Withdrawal of goods (e.g. Units)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

Withdrawal relating to a service (e.g. subscriptions)
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

2-Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to Advanced Tracking - 51, rue du Port de la Plage - 83400 Hyères - France, by telephone on +33 4 94 23 15 51 or by e-mail to [email protected].
You may use the model retraction form, but this is not obligatory.
For the retraction period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of retraction before the retraction period expires.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

3-Consequences of the right of withdrawal
Withdrawal of goods
You must return the goods to Advanced Tracking - 51, rue du Port de la Plage - 83400 Hyères - France, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may defer reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Withdrawal from a service
If you have asked us to begin providing services during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportional to the services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract, in relation to the total services provided under the contract.

4-Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for the following contracts:

Withdrawal relating to goods
- contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software where these have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;

Withdrawal relating to services
- contracts for the supply of services which have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and where performance has begun after the consumer has given his express prior consent and expressly waived his right of withdrawal.

5- Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products in their original condition.
