Iridium Go is powered by an internal battery. It connects automatically and very quickly to the Iridium satellite network to create a WIFI hot spot with a 30m radius around it.

This innovative technology allows you to use your smartphone as if it were a satellite phone .Even better, your tablet can be connected to this wi-fi hotspot and you will be able to check your emails, send them, tweet, access your social networks, share photos, receive GRIB weather files etc...
Ability to create and view emails in offline mode, queue emails to send them faster, retrieve emails from external accounts, block pop ups and ads, compress web pages to download them faster.

More than a modem, you will be able to take advantage of GPS geolocation and send an SOS signal in case of distress.

Unlimited access and numerous functionalities.
The person equipped with the Iridium Go will be able to transmit his position by SMS.
His position will then be transcribed on the geolocation interface.
The user's relatives and/or authorised collaborators will be able to follow him/her remotely if necessary.
Cost of access to this functionality: €15.00 per month including VAT
Each position sent by the user will be directly debited from his/her "Iridium GO" package at the value of sending an SMS: either 10 or 20 units depending on the package chosen (see "Satellite Sim Card - Subscriptions" category).
